Long sleeved t-shirts are available in S-M-L-XL-2XL sizes, $15 each. Bring cash or a check made out to Eclipse Volleyball Club to practice, as Coach Melfy will have them available. Hurry, supplies are limited!

$250/month and due on or before the first practice of every month starting December 1, 2009

LATE FEE
$10 late fee due for every practice monthly fee is late
